TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.   All buyers must register and receive a bid number, proper identification will be required.

   2.   Items will be sold to the highest bidder.

   3.   There will be no tie bids the auctioneer will sell to the one he sees with the highest bid.

   4.   No item will be removed until full payment is made.

   5.   Payment will be by cash or good check only.

   6.   When the auctioneer designates a lot or item sold, title passes to the purchaser

         and thereafter the property will be their sole risk and responsibility.

   7.   No guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied as to correctness, description,

        authenticity, genuineness or condition.

   8.   Any item or condition not covered hereunder will be determined at the discretion

        of the auctioneer.

   9.   Any announcement at the time of sale will take precedent over printed material.
